EFNC Child Safety Framework

At Echuca Football Netball Club (EFNC), the safety and wellbeing of children and young people is our highest priority. We adopt a proactive, whole-club approach to child safety, ensuring that every aspect of our operations from coaching and communication to awards, supervision, and drop-off/pick-up procedures reflects our commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

EFNC’s child safety framework is built on the following principles:

  • Zero tolerance for child abuse or neglect
  • Clear codes of conduct for coaches, players, parents, and spectators

  • Transparent awards policies that recognise positive behaviour and effort
  • Comprehensive supervision and chaperoning requirements at all club activities
  • Safe collection and drop-off procedures to ensure children are never left unsupervised
